Faheem Wahid | Terms and responsible use
Practical safeguards for using the service and its outputs.
These terms cover sessions, setup work, AI-assisted outputs and post-handover use. They do not remove rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
This page is general service information, not legal advice. A signed proposal or service agreement may add project-specific terms.
01 | Scope
No guaranteed outcome
The service provides setup, guidance and practical implementation support. Results depend on your inputs, systems, decisions and third-party tools. No business, revenue, legal, security or performance outcome is guaranteed.
02 | Review
Human review is required
You must review and approve AI-assisted output before using it. Do not use automated output as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, employment, safety, regulated or otherwise consequential decisions.
03 | Use
Use the tools responsibly
Do not use the service or resulting workflows for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive or harmful activity, impersonation, spam, unauthorized surveillance, security bypasses or infringement of another person's rights. Follow confidentiality duties and each connected platform's terms.
04 | Data
Protect data and access
Only provide data you are authorized to use. Keep appropriate backups, use least-privilege access, protect credentials and avoid placing sensitive or regulated data into AI tools unless the workflow has been specifically reviewed and approved for it.
05 | Support
Seven-day support boundary
Unless a written proposal says otherwise, included post-session support lasts seven calendar days from handover. Later changes are a new scope. This support window does not end privacy obligations or reduce the care required for personal data that remains under Faheem Wahid's control.
06 | Handover
Your ongoing responsibility
After handover, you are responsible for credentials, user access, backups, monitoring, approvals, subscriptions and changes made by you or another provider. Recheck a workflow whenever its data, instructions, integrations or surrounding tools change.
07 | Providers
Third-party services can change
AI models, hosting services and connected platforms have their own terms, privacy practices, limits and availability. Faheem Wahid is not responsible for outages, policy changes or failures outside reasonable control, but will explain known dependencies during the work.
08 | Liability
A proportionate limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Faheem Wahid is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unapproved modifications, ignored warnings, inaccurate source data or third-party failures. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
09 | Contact
Raise concerns early
Stop using an affected workflow and contact Faheem Wahid if you notice unsafe behavior, unexpected data access, incorrect automation or a possible security or privacy incident.
10 | Payment
Deposit, balance and private receipts
Payment follows a WhatsApp discussion and an agreed scope. Both coaching and custom projects use two private payment requests: a deposit confirms the booking and starts the service, then the remaining balance is due after the agreed service is completed and reviewed, before final handover. Each request has its own amount and expiry. A browser return page is not proof of payment: a receipt is issued only after server verification. A payment receipt is not represented as an SST tax invoice.
