The website opens WhatsApp or email for enquiries. If you used an earlier application form, its contact and business-context record may remain in Supabase. WhatsApp and email are handled under their providers' own service and privacy terms.

How information is used
Information is used to discuss your request, assess earlier applications, deliver an accepted service, provide agreed support, handle questions, and meet legal or accounting duties. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
03 | Safety limit
Do not send sensitive data
Do not paste passwords, access keys, identity documents, medical records, financial account details, confidential customer data, or other regulated information into the application. Workflows involving sensitive data need a separate review before access is discussed.

Storage and deletion
Earlier application records may be stored in a private Supabase database and cannot be read publicly. To ask about your information or request deletion where applicable, email faheemwahid.fw@gmail.com.

Who can access the information
Faheem can access enquiries and earlier applications needed for review and service delivery. Supabase stores earlier application records, Vercel hosts the website and legacy endpoint, and your chosen contact provider handles WhatsApp or email messages. Access is not provided to unrelated third parties.

How long information is kept
Information is kept only as long as needed to discuss or assess a request, deliver an accepted service, provide agreed support, handle questions, and meet applicable legal or accounting duties. Records are reviewed periodically and removed when no longer needed.
07 | Preferences
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. It stores one functional theme cookie for up to one year. WhatsApp or email composition is handled by your device and chosen provider rather than saved as a website draft.
08 | Location
Processors and cross-border handling
Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores earlier application records, and WhatsApp or email providers handle messages you choose to send. These providers may process data outside Malaysia depending on their configured infrastructure. Appropriate access controls and provider safeguards are used.

Access, correction and complaints
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or request deletion where applicable. You may also raise a concern with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Commissioner.

Security incidents
If a personal data incident occurs, it will be assessed and contained, relevant records will be preserved, and affected people or the regulator will be notified where required by applicable law.
